IMD II heads for European Parliament negotiations
The second edition of the Insurance Mediation Directive is to head for the European Parliament for negotiations over adoption following approval from the European Council.
The move can now occur after the Council agreed its own position on the directive, which seeks to reform the original insurance mediation rules established in 2002.
The new rules seek to will extend
