FCA planning Co-op Bank probe

The Co-operative Bank is facing a Financial Conduct Authority, the regulator revealed today.

The investigation will cover "the decisions and events up to June 2013", when the Co-op pledged to bolster its capital by £1.5bn, through moves including the sale of its general insurance business.
