Failed Lemma could cost UK compensation scheme £25m
The UK's Financial Services Compensation Scheme is expecting to pay-out around £25m in claims related to failed Gibraltar-based insurer Lemma.
In its ;atest annual report, the FSCS said it had registered around 800 protected claims from the failure of Lemma in October 2012, the majority of which are solicitor's professional indemnity claims
