Metal theft is 'biggest problem' for property owners
The damage caused by thieves trying to steal metal is proving to be the biggest problem for property owners, according to Zurich.
Zurich said that metal theft has increased by 2500% since 2004, and that the company regularly sees metal theft claims where the damage caused approaches 20% of the value of the whole property.
