Is it just me or are others growing tired of ‘news’ on the seemingly omnipresent – and supposedly incoming – Solvency II regime that adds nothing to the uncertainty over implementation deadlines?

Last week, the market drew its collective breath as the Financial Services Authority unveiled its ‘revised implementation assumptions’ – only for the market to learn the FSA seemed as much in the dark
