European Commission adopts anti-trust block exemption rules
The European Commission has adopted a new regulation that exempts certain types of agreement in the insurance sector.
The new Block Exemption Regulation, which will prohibit practices restrictive of competition, will come into force on 1 April and will be valid until 31 March 2017.
