Consumer law reformer admits election fear
Proposals to update consumer insurance law for the first time in more than a century have received a mixed reaction from the insurance industry.
A report published by the Law Commission and the Scottish Law Commission that includes draft legislation to replace the Marine Insurance Act 1906 was presented to parliament this week.
