Nic Warmink is an insurance professional with over 30 years industry experience. During this time he has gained extensive expertise in complex case handling across multiple lines of business.

He has a strong drive and passion for delivering results through engagement, management and the development of people, including pro-active stakeholder management.

In his current role of head of claims at RegisMutual Management, Warmink is responsible for managing and supporting a team of claims handler sto ensure that all claims are handled according to Mutual culture and ethos and with a key focus on customer serive to the company's members. 

Warmink lists his greates achievement of 2016 as the successful implementation of a new claims system which improved the members claims journey following a process review to improve efficiency.
