Previous positions include claims manager, head of TP operations, head of PI at Lloyds and composite insurers.
In his current position of group tech claims manager at Markerstudy, Overton supports technical excellence and strategy, within the claims exec team across all areas of claims to include first party (AD) and customer service, TPPD, TPPI and quality assurance.
