Benedict McKenna is operations vice president and London operations claims manager at FM Global.

Based in Windsor, MvKenna is responsible for the management of claims for London operations' written accounts, as well as AFM UK and Netherlands. Additionally, he manages loss handling activities across Northern Europe, Middle East and Africa.

He leads a team of in-house adjusters based in Windsor, Amsterdam and Stockholm.

McKenna is active in the London Market, and with the Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters, and also conducts regular policy training sessions with clients and brokers, as well as attendance at seminars and market initiatives both in the UK and EMEA region.

McKenna holds a Bachelor of Science honours degree in Social Sciences (Economics); and is an Associate of The Chartered Insurance Institute and an Associate of The Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters.
