Shelley Frost joined NFU Mutual straight form school in 1979.
During her time there, Frost has held a variety of roles including claims department manager, regional service manager, and claims operational and control manager.
She is currently head of claims supply and investigation which includes all contracted claims suppliers plus NFU Mutual's external field force of claims inspectors and staff engineers.
