If I am correct, the main reason for the better performance of women drivers is lower mileage. I think it is the case that on a 'loss-per-mile-driven' basis, they may be indistinguishable.

This should mean that any company can still give preferential terms to women by rating them on a miles-driven basis. I wonder if this has been generally considered as a way of outflanking the decision
