SSP fails in initial attempt to fix latest system outage
An initial attempt to fix the glitch that has plagued SSP users since late last week was unsuccessful, the software house warned brokers.
The company told brokers it was updating and then restarting its system this afternoon at 4.30pm. However, in a subsequent text message to brokers, the company said the attempt was not successful.
