Lloyds Banking Group has outsourced its subsidence claims to Innovation Group, Post understands.
An internal memo from Innovation Group CEO Matt Porter to staff said the "long term agreement" launched at the beginning of last month.
It will see LBG staff moving to Innovation Group's Leicester
