Lloyd’s CRO Sean McGovern joins XL Catlin
Lloyd’s chief risk officer and general counsel Sean McGovern has joined XL Catlin as chief compliance officer and head of regulatory and government affairs.
McGovern, pictured, will go on garden leave in July, before taking up the position in November. He will no longer be involved in syndicate-specific activity with immediate effect.
