DAC Beachcroft approved for ABS licence
International law firm DAC Beachcroft has been awarded a licence by the Solicitors Regulation Authority to operate as an alternative business structure.
The licence, effective from today (2 September 2015), applies only to DAC Beachcroft Claims, the firm's claims solutions business in England and Wales.
It does not apply to DAC Beachcroft LLP or DAC
