Drone industry growth spurred by insurer support
The support of the insurance industry in providing insurance cover for drone technology has allowed for the rapid development of the unmanned aerial systems industry, according to a Marsh report.
The report, titled ‘Dawning of the drones: the evolving risk of unmanned aerial systems', said the insurance capacity for drone operations was plentiful and insurers are actively underwriting policies
