Ross 'authorised surveillance' on AJG employees
Former Arthur J Gallagher International CEO David Ross authorised surveillance of Gallagher employees during his time at the firm, according to AJG's defence to his counterclaim in the ongoing court proceedings.
In the counterclaim lodged by Ross earlier this month, it was alleged that Gallagher breached its duty as a "data controller" under the Data Protection Act, and misused Ross' private information.
