Brightside and Southern Rock reach out of court settlement
Brightside and Southern Rock bosses have reached an “amicable” settlement of all claims following a dispute in a number of areas that commenced in May last year.
The exact terms of the settlement are confidential, but it includes the dismissal of all claims and counter-claims between the two organisations, including all disputes related to intellectual
