Howden acquires 49% stake in Malaysian bank's broking business
Hyperion broking subsidiary Howden has entered into a partnership with Malaysia-headquartered South East Asian bank CIMB Group.
The tie-up has seen Howden acquire an initial 49% stake in, and management control of, CIMB Insurance Brokers from the group.
CIB is a Malaysian retail broker specialising in financial lines
