Banks hikes Ukip funding to £1m after ‘nobody’ jibe
Brightside and Go Skippy founder Arron Banks has pledged to increase his backing for the UK Independence Party ten-fold, citing Conservative MP William Hague calling him a “nobody”.
Banks yesterday announced plans to donate £100 000 to UKIP, as well as running as a candidate for the constituency of Thornley and Yate in Gloucestershire.
