IBSC launches code of conduct
The Insurance Brokers' Standards Council has today launched its code of conduct for the more than 1000 brokers already signed up to the body.
The code covers three main areas: core duties of IBSC members, principles of conduct, and guidance notes.
According to the IBSC, now the code is in force, it will focus on giving guidance to brokers
