National Accident Helpline tipped for £100m IPO

National Accident Helpline has announced plans for an initial public offering, with reports valuing the company at £100m.

The Daily Telegraph reported that the firm will seek to raise £50m for half of the business on London's Aim stock exchange.

The firm is currently backed by Inflexion Private Equity and Lloyds Banking
