BLM joins forces with Scottish firm
Insurance law firm Berrymans Lace Mawer is joining forces with Scottish firm HBM Sayers in a deal expected to complete on 1 May.
The combined firm, to be called BLM, will be a £100m business with 170 partners and 630 lawyers and technical experts and a total of 1550 employees. The business will have 12 offices across the UK and
