PPI issue far from being sorted, according to FOS

complaints

Payment protection insurance complaints made up 76% of all complaints referred to the Financial Ombudsman Service in the second half of 2013.

A total of 190 356 new PPI complaints were referred to the service between 1 July and 31 December 2013. The FOS received 248 801 complaints overall for the period.
