Beaumonts acquires E Farley & Son
Independent broker Beaumonts has acquired Bradford based broker E Farley & Son.
The deal will see all Farley staff and business migrate to Beaumonts, divided between offices in Leeds and Bradford.
It is forecast to push the broker's premium throughput beyond £50m for 2014.
