Lloyd’s launches volume claims service
Lloyd’s has unveiled a new shared volume claims service to allow the market to better handle non-complex claims.
The service, which went live earlier today, is part of the London market's ongoing claims transformation programme, and will see the VCS handle roughly 85% of claims in Lloyd's.
