Willis UK restructure not aimed at 'cost cutting'
The restructuring of Wills Group’s UK operations is designed to fuel growth and is “not an exercise in cost cutting” according to UK retail head David Martin.
The broker yesterday unveiled plans to combine its global speciality insurance unit with its Willis UK retail business in a bid to better serve clients.
Martin will lead the newly combined business
