JTL’s £1.8m fine is a wake-up call to the importance of having clear anti-bribery policies, the British Standards Institution has said.
The comments follow the Financial Conduct Authority's decision to impose a fine on JLT for failing to have appropriate anti-bribery or corruption systems when making payments to overseas third parties
