India considers allowing sub-brokers to sell insurance
Plans are under review by the Indian insurance regulator to allow sub-brokers to sell insurance in India.
According to The Times of India, the move would help increase access to insurance in semi-urban and rural areas, and shake up a market where agents of insurers are the only sellers of retail insurance
