Cooper Gay NMB announcement imminent
Cooper Gay hopes to confirm a deal to acquire independent insurance and reinsurance broker Newman Martin Buchan in the ten days.
Post understands the firm has pencilled in 23 September for an announcement, with reports suggesting NMB will cost £40m.
Contacted by Post, NMB director Colin Rogers confirmed that the firms are close
