Extended claims portal welcomes EL and PL claims
The Ministry of Justice’s out-of-court claims portal can be used for uncontested personal injury claims of up to £25 000 from today.
Compensation claims for 'slips and trips' and other injuries at work or in a public place can now be handled by the extended system.
The portal has been used by insurers to settle similar claims for
