FCA fines Swinton £7.4m for mis-selling add-ons
The Financial Conduct Authority has fined Swinton almost £7.4m for the mis-selling of add-ons.
The FCA referred to Swinton's sales strategy as "aggressive" and said the broker had failed to treat customers fairly in its telephone sales of monthly add-on insurance policies.
