Brit has become the first insurer to sign up for a new bespoke claims management service provided by Charles Taylor, Taylored Claims Management.
TCM is focused on Lloyd's and London market managing agents, allowing access a "menu-based" claims management service, from selecting individuals to completely outsourcing claims management.
