Insurers set to benefit from Scottish PI courts
The introduction of specialised personal injury courts in Scotland will benefit insurers, according to Bill Speirs from BTO solicitors.
The proposal is part of a live consultation that seeks to introduce some of the 206 recommendations made by Lord Gill on his civil courts review.
