Fraudulent claim handlers jailed
Two fraudsters responsible for handling ‘thousands’ of fictitious or inflated personal injury and credit hire claims have been sentenced to jail.
Shakir Javid and Amjed Malik Iqbal set up Accident Claims Sepcialists, based in Newcastle, for which they acted as company directors.
ACS became a subject of investigation following a complaint made
