SRA publishes referral fee ban consultation paper
The Solicitors Regulation Authority published a consultation paper this afternoon on the ban of referral fees in personal injury cases.
The paper sets out draft measures about how the SRA intends to monitor and enforce compliance with the ban introduced by section 56 of the Legal Aid Sentencing and Punishment of Offenders Act 2012
