Jelf MD joins Alec Finch
Alec Finch has appointed Mike Latham as group managing director.
Latham joins from Jelf where he was regional managing director of the north and Midlands.
Prior to Jelf he was MD of Manson Insurance Brokers until the acquisition by Jelf in January 2008.
