3 December: Putting the boot in

3-dec

On a day out in the countryside with his family, Mr Policyholder was delighted to come across a parking space in the notoriously busy car park of a local beauty spot.

Delighted with his find, Mr Policyholder didn't notice that despite the less than busy car park, there was more people milling around, and the noise levels were higher than usual. He ushered the family members from the vehicle and they set off on an afternoon ramble.

On his return a couple of hours later, Mr Policyholder was distraught to find chipped paintwork, scratches and mud all over the bonnet of his vehicle. The offender? A stray wellington boot from a nearby welly throwing competition.
