Invicta completes Fountain buyout
Invicta Insurance Services will tomorrow (Tuesday 1 November) complete its latest acquisition, the household and property owners’ portfolios of Dorset broker Fountain Insurance & Investment Services.
Invicta acquired Fountain's commercial and motor portfolios in May 2011. At the vendor's request, this second takeover will take place six months ahead of schedule.
This acquisition will add another 1
