Energy construction insurance market reaches ‘tipping point’
Downward pressure on insurance rates are being created by low claims activity.
The onshore and offshore energy construction market reached a tipping point at the culmination of the first six months of 2009, according to Marsh.
In its latest Energy Market Monitor, Marsh states
