Aviva: Accident scene information speeds claims process
Fleet drivers can speed up the insurance claims process if they gather information at the scene of an accident, Aviva has claimed.
The insurance giant said that gathering vital information soon after an accident can help insurers decide who is responsible more quickly.
Martin Smith, technical motor claims manager at Aviva, said:
