Giles buys SBP in biggest deal since Charterhouse backed the business
Giles Insurance Brokers has acquired specialist transport insurance brokers SBP Group
Simon Brooke, managing director of SBP will become regional managing director within Giles following the buyout.
The deal is the largest made by Giles since Charterhouse backed the business in April
