Jubilee Managing Agency has appointed Norman Topche as its new director of reinsurance, to support the company’s plans for strategic expansion, it announced today.
Mr Topche will be responsible for all reinsurance arrangements to underpin and support the company’s growth in a range of new business areas as part of its strategy to build on their existing London
