Swinton acquires Kent broker
Swinton Business - the commercial division of the high street insurance retailer - has acquired the independent broker Lawrences.
The company says the acquisition gives it a "further push" towards its aim of exceeding a £150m gross premium income over the next three years.
Lawrences has a gross premium income of £6m and
