Lloyd's looks to recruit more graduates
The Lloyd’s Market Association has launched a web based graduate recruitment portal in an initiative to attract more applications in to the Lloyd’s market from the graduate community. Thirteen managing agents and five Lloyd’s Brokers are taking part in the launch and over 65 graduate positions, including roles in underwriting, risk management and claims, and broking, are accessible through the Portal.
The portal initiative represents the first time that Lloyd’s managing agents have joined together in a combined recruitment drive and others are expected to join the project over the coming months
