Allianz to sell Dresdner this weekend
According to the Financial Times , German insurer Allianz is set to sell its bank Dresdner for about €9bn ($13bn) to Commerzbank.
The bank and a potential buyer will hold meetings on Sunday to complete the deal according to the report dated 28 August. Commerzbank had no comment on the reports, while Allianz could notOnly users who have a paid subscription or are part of a corporate subscription are able to print or copy content.
