ABI looks to debunk compensation myth
Independent research published today by the Association of British Insurers claims to show legal representation does not usually lead to higher or faster compensation.
Its analysis of over 90 000 personal injury claims between £1000 and £25 000 shows that: claimants without legal representation receive on average £289 more than claimants with legal representation
