MoJ: No extensions for decisions on liability
The government has concluded that there should be no extensions for decisions on liability for insurers.
The Minsitry of Justice consultation paper stated that where an insurer cannot respond within the set time period ‘they should respond with an explanation, for example, indicating they need more time
