Brokers continue with personal lines despite high cost issue
Whilst half of UK brokers believe it is not cost effective to handle small books of personal lines business in-house only 4% are currently outsourcing, according to research conducted for underwriting agency PlusOne.
According to the 261 brokers questioned, 42% handle these accounts only as accommodation business for commercial clients. This approach is widespread but especially prevalent amongst provincials andOnly users who have a paid subscription or are part of a corporate subscription are able to print or copy content.
